• All Paho pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Please allow  2–3 business days for us to carefully prepare and ship your order.
• We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Exchanges

• I work hard to make sure you love your item! Every piece is handmade from upcycled, pre-loved fabrics, so no two are exactly alike. Because of this, all sales are final.

Damages & Issues

• If your item arrives damaged or isn’t the one you ordered, please reach out right away—you can email me at paho13made@gmail.com or contact me through my socials. I’ll do my best to make it right, whether that’s sending a replacement or finding another solution.
